While they can schedule your service appointment, they don’t offer a shuttle or loaner service. They charge expensive diagnostic fees so beware of that. The dealership had my vehicle for 24 hours to complete two recalls. Neither recall was completed. No communication from the service department was ever made to me. I show it from my vehicle and they canno two recalls. Neither recall was completed. No communication from the service department was ever made to me. I show it from my vehicle and they cannot find it. It took 40 minutes to pick up my vehicle because the service manager had to get a story straight on why the service was not completed. It is the worst service experience I’ve Ever encountered in dealing with an automotive dealership.
