This dealership is top notch and continues to show me how concerned about customer service. My last visit to the dealership was for an oil change. My service advisor, Shay, told me exactly how the process wo concerned about customer service. My last visit to the dealership was for an oil change. My service advisor, Shay, told me exactly how the process would work on the oil change, tire rotation and the multi-service inspection. During the inspection, the mechanic discovered that my rear brake pads were worn down lower than recommended. Shay called me and explained the situation, the cost involved and exactly what would be done to repair my car. I was very pleased with the work and highly recommend this dealership to any prospective buyer (new or used vehicle). The service is top notch. More

I don’t like the fact that Mac Haik Ford tries to force customers to purchase the TPP and throws up all kind of road blocks in getting outside financing. Is it not enough that you are getting LIST price fo customers to purchase the TPP and throws up all kind of road blocks in getting outside financing. Is it not enough that you are getting LIST price for the car? The only reason I stuck around and purchased the car was Steven Meinke. He did a great job as go between me and the sales manager. He is a good asset to your sorry xxx company. You can take it to the bank that I will never purchase a car from this dealership or recommend this dealership to anyone. More
