I went in for an oil change, tire rotation, etc. plus a brake problem. The brake pedal went almost all the way to the floor when activated. This was verified by the service advisor and others. After the oil change the brake problem disappeared and after much work attempting to duplicate the problem it did not reappear. I'm very pleased that they didn't replace something that may have not been needed! My only complaint, and it's minor, is that they did not replace the windshield sticker that tells me when my next oil change is due! I'm very pleased with the service at MacHeik with special thanks to "Cowboy", my service advisor, and to Patrick who was my past service advisor and currently the service center scheduler! More
