Although I purchased my 2024 F250 from them, they refused to accept the coupon they sent me for service at their Quick Lane. Service was scheduled and performed on December 15, 2025 @ 9:00am. I told him I really wanted a new Bronco in Robins Egg Bl I had an engine blow on my Suburban on a Fri and called John wanting to come in on Saturday. I told him I really wanted a new Bronco in Robins Egg Blue not knowing it was the hardest SUV to get in the country! They didn’t have any on the lot and didn’t expect any in until next year so I started thinking about other colors….Instead of steering me to something else they had on the lot, John and his manager went to work searching for the car I really wanted. He said, “let’s not give up yet, let’s go for the touchdown first” he ended up finding a car at a different dealer, but it involved transferring the car, making a difficult trade with the other dealer and this was a very sought after vehicle. He put me in a brand new Bronco loaner over the weekend and told me he would let me know on Monday if they were able to secure the transfer. Bada-Boom-Bada-Bing-Abbatacola got it done!what great customer service! John was so easy to work with, he got on the paperwork done quickly, helped set up the electronics and explained all the features of the car so we understood everything before driving away.
