Our experience with Mac Haik Ford & Lincoln began in June 2021 when we initiated research into new midsize SUV's inclusive of Ford Explorers, the Genesis GV80, as well as the Lincoln Aviator. Throughout discussions and ups and downs, the one person who maintained contact and provided the most information was a young man named Marshall Benavides, the Commercial Account Manager at Mac Haik. Without being overbearing, Marshall checked in with us during what became an increasingly difficult market to purchase any new vehicles.Towards the end of 2021, Marshall proposed the 2022 Lincoln Navigator Reserve and helped us develop a plan of action. In February 2022 our new car arrived and Marshall was there to to guide us easily through the prep and paperwork. Brought my Ford F250 Diesel PU in for service. The dashboard "engine light" had come on. Service kept my truck for several days, running several expensive diagnostic tests and reported finding The dashboard "engine light" had come on. Service kept my truck for several days, running several expensive diagnostic tests and reported finding nothing. Checking my service record, recommended some fluid changes which I agreed to, amounting to almost $1,000.00 dollars. Picked up my truck and drove home a few miles away. The next day, when starting my truck, the "engine light" came back on and is still on. Will be going back to service department and hope this can be corrected. More
