Although I didn't like sitting in the waiting room for 5hrs the customer service was amazing. It shouldn't take 5 hours to do a simple break job and oil change. Should have went to dodge and got the Jeep Wrangler I really wanted … was told I would get a military discount but they “could not offer one” told to come back multiple times because they did not get my really wanted … was told I would get a military discount but they “could not offer one” told to come back multiple times because they did not get my paperwork correct and told I need to pay 100 dollars more after the original amount of my trade in which we agreed to terrible customer service. This is for service side. I Have the extended warranty and maintenance plan , brought new truck in for oils change and tire rotation . They never rotated tires but was told that they did. Next visit they and maintenance plan , brought new truck in for oils change and tire rotation . They never rotated tires but was told that they did. Next visit they scratched my rims badly while rotating tires. Will definitely take vehicle elsewhere in the future . More
