Waiting 3 - 4 weeks for first available appointment is a little frustrating, however; when I arrived, I was taken care of right away when I arrived and the service was handled quickly. The rear tires wer little frustrating, however; when I arrived, I was taken care of right away when I arrived and the service was handled quickly. The rear tires were inflated to 85 psi verses 65 psi as indicated on the paperwork. The front tires were correct at 65 while the rear were at 85. That was disappointing. More

Rene was an awesome sales person. I stopped by to see what was available on the lot. I had a particular vehicle in mind. There wasn't one available at the time, but he took my information and contacted m what was available on the lot. I had a particular vehicle in mind. There wasn't one available at the time, but he took my information and contacted me a few days later with a possible solution. We drove from Jarrell that night and bought the truck I was looking for. He was more than helpful, and knowledgable. The truck was in the price range, mileage and had the features I was looking for. I would recommend Rene at Mac Haik Ford to anyone. More
