The majority of the car dealerships that once had shuttle services offer Lyft or Uber rides to customers who live alone and need to bring in cars for service or recall. I was told during scheduling that a shuttle was provided just to learn at 7 am in the morning during drop-off that that was not true. I was offered to come back the next day and I would be brought home. A waste of my time, I am still working. More

Horrible service! We waited 5.5 hours for an oil change. Jason told my assistant he intentionally makes customers wait who begin to get impatient and quote "I may just forget to bring in their vehicle, lose Jason told my assistant he intentionally makes customers wait who begin to get impatient and quote "I may just forget to bring in their vehicle, lose paperwork, and move them to the end of the line." ALSO, I have oil and in my seat and on my door jam as they got in and out with oily boots. 100% will be heading over to confront the manager with his boss and ensure this review gets posted multiple areas. That is just poor management, customer service, and time management. More
