The reason I gave the 'Quality of Work' only 3 stars is when I picked my truck up and drove home I had a really bad vibration - this truck is normally totally vibration free. I suspect the balancing of the tires after the tire rotation was not accomplished either totally or not accomplished correctly. I expect this to be corrected (I know you will). Please advise when this can be taken care of on your end. Your pick up, repair and delivered back to me is expected. I brought it to you and returned to the Service Center to pick it up when I received a call it was ready. No other service company has ever touched my truck other than Mac Haik Ford - this is the first time I have had any problems with your Service Center. Please advise how and when you can pick it up.
