I love the mobile option for those of that can't take a ton of time away from the office. Need better communication. Did not hear from the sales rep for 9 weeks until car was done. Would have liked to receive weekly updates or touch points on what was going on. My wife & I just purchased a 2025 Maverick at Mac Haik Ford in Georgetown and it was the most pleasant car-buying experience we've ever had. Collin was our sales rep and really went the extra mile to get Ford in Georgetown and it was the most pleasant car-buying experience we've ever had. Most of the paper work was completed before we even got to the dealership through information we exchanged via text messages and emails. I'm not sure how he managedd it, but the out the door price was exactly in our budget. I would highly recommend this dealership (and Collin) to anyone interested in purchasing a new Ford.
