I think my car sat with Ford for 20+ days for items that should have taken maybe 3 days. End to end from big to little things it was a horrible hassle and terrible service. From the representative to the product delivery- I just last week had my car serviced by Temple and they vacuumed my car gave me updates 1x per day and we proactive. More

I was not encouraged to test-drive the vehicle, salesman barely did his job and wasnt very friendly, finance was very rushed. I was left sitting for a considerable time waiting to talk with someone about finance even though it appeared there were few other customers (I think it was rushed so they could go home). My deposit was paid via debit card but a transaction didnt go through but I hadnt been informed of that. The car was delivered a few days late because it couldnt get an emissions test as the system was down but afterwards I was getting panicked text messages that I hadnt paid the deposit. I confirmed the next day that the payment didnt go through and I sent the money but I didnt receive thanks for that. The car itself....well where do I start. Its second hand, I understand it wont be perfect but the money they charged, it should be better. There was an oily rag left in the air filter pod, the windscreen wiper blades need to be changed, the brakes are spongy and the clutch needs major adjustment and work (it has a very long ride and you can smell burning when reversing). Also, the drivers side window tint was half hanging off. I had to remove it and now the window has a sticky residue and doesnt open or close properly. More
