I shopped most dealerships in the Houston Area. I Had brought my entire family with me which includes 2 little ones ( Which typically makes shopping a nightmare). He was enjoyable to work with and did what he could to get me the price I needed. Financing was a different story. Having great credit I don't like being jerked around with high interest rates. I have done my research before I got there. I wasted a lot of time getting where I needed to be at. I suggest that you give folks with high credit rating the best rate you have to offer immediately. Starting at a rate that's high and telling us it's a great rate does not fool us! Anyway, working with Cameron was enjoyable. If anyone I knew where looking for a new automobile I would recommend cameron. Thanks for the time and help! More

I traded at Mac Haik Ford for over 25 years during which I travelled extensively, often being gone up to two months at a time. I always knew that the personnel at Mac Haik would take care of my family with any vehicle problems they might have while I was away. Then we retired and moved about 50 miles away. We made two mistakes: 1)we bought another brand of vehicle and 2)from another dealer. But we eventually saw the light and we have returned to Ford and Mac Haik. We know of no other dealership where we can get the quality of sales and service as good as Mac Haik Ford, and I hope it stays that way for the next 25 years. Gary & Susan Boswell More

I knew which vehicle I wanted before I ever visited Mak Haik. I contacted three dealers near by to get the best price. By far, the winner was Mak Haik. Great, so I decided to move forward. The purchase of this truck was the easiest I've ever done at any dealership - new or used - period. I negotiated the price by email. I filled out credit online. I secured financing and terms over the phone. I had tint, a bedliner, and an alarm installed before I had even seen the truck in person. In the end, I showed up only to sign paperwork, which we all know can sometimes be a hard sell for stuff like warranties, services, aftermarket parts, etc. The finance manager quickly explained what he had to offer and did not push, which I greatly appreciated. I was in and out with a brand new truck in 45 minutes, and that's including Tim explaining some of the features to me (he had an answer for every question I had - he knows his stuff). Overall, I'd say this is the only dealer that I have bought from that I could honestly recommend to friends and family - and this is my 19th vehicle. Excellent, low pressure dealership with a good price. I will be back. More

I enjoyed working with Cameron. He had the car ready when I arrived and had someone meet me at the airport. I only had two issues with the car.
