I also use Mac Haik to service and maintain my vehicles, My service rep Mark takes care of me every time I need one of my vehicles serviced. Keeps me informed and provides prompt service. I trust the guys at Mac Haik they’ve been good to me for years. Couldn’t see using any other dealer for new sales and service. More
The service was on a Ford F350 SRW. It was oil, filter, fuel filter, cabin filter and tire rotation. Other than it was quite expensive and took over 3 hours, it was mostly fine.. However, brining to to a professional at a dealership, you think they would know the front and rear tire pressures are different. And when rotating the tires they need adjustment. But sadly, no. So did it myself. The service tech did a good job keeping me informed. And apologized for the service taking so long. More
The service was good but a few things to recommend: 1. I scheduled an appointment but when I brought in the service manager was on sick leave. When filling the DEF to full, clean up afterwards. There was DEF residue down my truck and I had to clean up. 3. Tire rotation. They didn’t check tire pressure. All 4 tires were out of recommendation. For the front tires I had around 55psi and back I had around 59psi. Should have been 60 front and 65 back. 4. I requested spare tire be rotated in. I was told that would be a $30 charge. That doesn’t make sense because yall have done before at no charge. 5. Recommend a quality check of vehicle when finished with customer at pickup. More

Well, Mac Haik got something right, by hiring a Veteran Johnny Bennerson. He was up front personable, went above and beyond then what you’d expect from a person in sales. I’ve got to say the man loves his ford pass, and helped us to love it to. I can’t say enough about Mr Bennerson. We are the type of family that likes to keep their cars/ trucks for a while. When we are ready again Lord willing we will be back. P.S. The world needs more People like Johnny.
