I have had excellent experiences over the years with Maita Toyota and went there, asked for Fleet, and was directed immediately to Mehdi Raza, Internet Fleet Manager. I had visited the dealership's website before I arrived and knew the 2019 model I wanted. The experience, along with the Financial part, was as pleasant an experience as I could have expected and am very pleased. As I purchased the 5-year maintenance plan, I will be spending time at Maita Toyota for the foreseeable future. I highly recommend the internet fleet department at Maita Toyota. Their waiting area when waiting for service to be completed is also very comfortable. The parts department have been helpful over the years as well. In other words, this is an overall excellent dealership. More

Thought I died and went to heaven!! Unfortunately, I don’t recall the name of the service writer......he was amazing!.....very welcoming and lighthearted. Andrew was extremely helpful, greeting me and walking me through the service process. I liked being able to call him directly while waiting for my vehicle to check on the status. He estimated that my vehicle would be ready at approximately 2:00......there were three cars ahead of mine. I was anxious to get my vehicle so I could pick up my business partner who, by then, was finished with his meeting and waiting for me.to pick him up. At 2:02 I received the call that my vehicle was ready. The entire process took 2 hours and 15 minutes without an appointment......incredible. I should mention that, while waiting, I was able to grab lunch in the deli that was conveniently located in the spacious, beautiful, relaxing waiting lobby. The restrooms were stocked and well maintained, I’m a 74 year old male.....been in a few dealerships in my lifetime and cannot overstate how impressive the Maita Toyota dealership is. The persons responsible for my experience are true professionals! Please make sure they are recognized. More

Totally organized and friendly We live in Long Beach and had only found the RAV4, with the features we were looking for, at Maita Toyota of Sacramento. They met us at the airport in the vehicle we were buying. Everyone at the dealership, involved in the sale and preparation of the car were friendly and knowledgeable. There are many features on the car. They explained enough of them to get us on the road with minimum delay for our return home. More
Excellent service from sales staff. Thank you to Sophia form recamending that I look at the Corrolla Hatchback (I was looking at the C-HR). When I returned on 10-15-19 Sophia was not in. Keenan Calhoun was there to help me look at the C-HR and the Corrolla Hatchback. He found a Corrolla Hatchback in my color and that had all the options that I was looking for, After the test drive we when thru the paper work and the slaes and negotiations. After the final paper work with Cameron Perry, who was very helpful, Nicky paired my phone and went over the various options in the car. Finally as it was getting late, Keenan drove the new car to my house and picked up my trade in. Keena went way beyond his required duties. Thank you Keenan. More
