Thought I died and went to heaven!! Unfortunately, I don’t recall the name of the service writer......he was amazing!.....very welcoming and lighthearted. Andrew was extremely helpful, greeting me and walking me through the service process. I liked being able to call him directly while waiting for my vehicle to check on the status. He estimated that my vehicle would be ready at approximately 2:00......there were three cars ahead of mine. I was anxious to get my vehicle so I could pick up my business partner who, by then, was finished with his meeting and waiting for me.to pick him up. At 2:02 I received the call that my vehicle was ready. The entire process took 2 hours and 15 minutes without an appointment......incredible. I should mention that, while waiting, I was able to grab lunch in the deli that was conveniently located in the spacious, beautiful, relaxing waiting lobby. The restrooms were stocked and well maintained, I’m a 74 year old male.....been in a few dealerships in my lifetime and cannot overstate how impressive the Maita Toyota dealership is.
