You have a problem which needs to be looked at. I went in last week to have my oil changed and the staff said it's 1 1/2 hour wait. I looked at the clerk and asked him if I could make an appointmen I went in last week to have my oil changed and the staff said it's 1 1/2 hour wait. I looked at the clerk and asked him if I could make an appointment and he said they only have scheduled appts. Available the following week, so I made an appointment. Came back at 11am and waited until 2pm to see if my Highlander was completed and the clerk said no, another 1 1/2 was needed because they were very busy. I told the clerk I had other appts. I needed to kept and he said, we will have someone drive you home. Then he came back to me and said how about a rental car. I was happy to receive a rental car but really feel this facility needs to concentrate on their problems on not getting the services done in a timely matter. Toyota puts out an awesome autobile and if not solved, this problem will only get worse. The staff was very accommodating and supportive to each other which I really appreciate, but there is still a problem that needs some attention.
