I was very impressed w/ the service & the service providers. The facility is very neat & clean. I was taken care of very quickly and professionally. What impressed me the most was since the services to be provided was to be more than an hour I was offered a free ride home (about 4 miles) with Lyft and a free pick up Uber ride back to Maita when the services were completed. My car was ready & waiting for me. The service staff kept my car neat & clean as I had left it. Overall I am very impressed with the services I get at Maita Toyota. I am very happy with my 2017 Toyota Prius! More

Came over to change my battery and the oil change. Came to know that for the tyre rotation , maita toyota has been charging me $30 but it is generally free. Also I have a question reg the battery discount , so I replaced my battery and it was my first time replacement after I bought my car and since it is only 5 years from the purchase date , I should have received 25% off on the new battery but I didn't get any discount , any reason why ? And every time I hv to request for the car wash and they don't do it on their own , why ? And this time the car wash was broken so couldn't get it washed , isn't washing the vehicle part of the service ? Not satisfied with the above things but customer service was really good and Qerim was awesome !! More
