It was so bad that it left a sour taste in my mouth when it came to dealerships. THANK YOU Maita Toyota for showing me what real customer service looks like. From the second I pulled up to the service bay to the moment I paid for my services, your staff made me feel like a human and not just a paycheck. Karina was my service adviser , and let me tell you, she is was amazing. She called me several times to give me an update on my vehicle and was very helpful in answering my millions of questions. However, the very next day a woman from Maita called and wanted to get my car scheduled for a recheck on a campaign repair. I wish they would have found this the day before and I could have had it all done. I do have to commend Maita on the service advisors though. They are efficient, well trained and always anticipate my needs. More

Although was costly, we felt the did a good job to make sure problem was completely fixed. More
