The ONLy thing that could of made my whole visit AMAZING would be to possibly get a better deal on the services. Maita needs a quiet room with windows & ventilation Greetings, Folsom Toyota has the BEST service that I've ever experienced. They clearly care about the customer from sales to service. Though, their service is a bit slow ( 1.5 hours for an oil change!), they do provide a quiet room, snacks, and shuttle service. All of this is appreciated. Maita is second best. ( This is still a compliment because I've purchased 2 cars from this dealership. ) Yet, you really need to create a large, silent, well-ventilated space for people who wait for their cars. Even a 6-month service that does NOT require an oil change demands an hour of wait time ... odd ... but true. So, please create a quiet room to avoid the suffering of constant, annoying radio/TV chatter. Roseville Toyota is awful. I really don't like that dealership because I feel like they are going consume ME along with everything else they can possibly consume. ( I'm not the only person who feels this way.) When the car was ready, Bryce not only had the old part preserved, he agreed with me that I would need pictures to document the damage created by a poorly executed project. I asked for pictures of what what had happened regarding the drum and the brake pad and they turned out successfully and this will be helpful to me in making a claim, if necessary, Kudos to Service for being professional, efficient, effective, and responsive.
