Excellent work and service, everytime I visit Maita I have been bringing our Toyota's to Maita for service for years and everytime I visit I continue to be impressed by the experience. From the first person who greets us to the people at the rental car department to the when we pick up our vehicle at the end, everybody is extremely friendly, professional and competent. Just okay My service writer was very nice and has nothing to do with my low review, he was great at communicating and taking care of my concerns. I am a bit d My service writer was very nice and has nothing to do with my low review, he was great at communicating and taking care of my concerns. I am a bit disappointed how the mechanics handled my vehicle. I find it very odd that they do not care to be a little cleaner when servicing my car. For example my oil change sticker on my windshield, they removed the old one, left all the gunk on it and then placed the new one below where the old one is with dirty finger prints all over it for me to clean up which I find very annoying and shows the amount of care they put into it. More

Dissapointing and Decieving Had my tires rotated one week which was a good experience at Maita (would have been 5 stars). Was informed everything was great and to come back in 6 Had my tires rotated one week which was a good experience at Maita (would have been 5 stars). Was informed everything was great and to come back in 6 months. Went in 5 days later with a nail in my tire. Did not follow the recommendations to change all four tires. Almost bought two because I was informed that the tire can be repaired but may not be safe. Because the price changed within 5 minutes I was done. I was reminded that my tires should be replaced because the car is 5 years old. I again reminded the sales clerk I was just in last week and was informed everything looked good. Keep in mind I drive very little and have 20, 000 miles on my car. Shame on you Toyota. More
