Waiting area is comfortable. My only issue was I declined a car wash or rinse that service dept offers -- I had just had a special, expensive car wash & detail the day before. But service dept did it anyway (which kept me waiting another 10 minutes) and because they didn't dry it, there were water spots all over my pretty car. But otherwise, I would always recommend Maita.
