Replacing hatch latch AGAIN,,, The people there were very professional and good to work with. HOWEVER. It is criminal that you charge $140 for a $5 piece of plastic handle designed The people there were very professional and good to work with. HOWEVER. It is criminal that you charge $140 for a $5 piece of plastic handle designed to break so that your customers have to continue to replace it. I’ve had to replace this at least 4 times. I have been told already that it’s Toyota and not the dealers that make the part. I get that but if the dealership managements protested enough about the concerns of their customers especially repeat loyal one maybe they would listen. But I know you won’t so I’ll no doubt end up spending hundreds of dollars in the future to fix a chronic problem ecause in the end it’s all about the money and not the customer. More

worst experience ever! Bought a car to use for ride share (uber & Lift) drove the car for 30 days then I got a call to come sign the purchase contract. they increased the in Bought a car to use for ride share (uber & Lift) drove the car for 30 days then I got a call to come sign the purchase contract. they increased the interest rate and the down payment from the original contract. my payment was up for $100. they refused to give my $1000 deposit back at the time. I had to go thru heel to the $1000 back. it cost me two weeks of not getting any income from ride share job. their lack of professionalism and commitment cost me a lot of time and money. Long story short., would not recommend this dealership to anybody ever. More

For example, Lee Reloza always knows us and recognizes us no matter what our purpose for being there whether he is taking care of our business or not. Mr. Picchi likewise was courteous, helpful and kept us updated as to where we were in the process of repairs to our vehicle . They were not the usual scheduled maintenance repairs either. Thank you !
