Customer Service I took my Highlander in for it's regularly scheduled oil change. While waiting I was walking around looking at the new vehicles and Ali asked me if he I took my Highlander in for it's regularly scheduled oil change. While waiting I was walking around looking at the new vehicles and Ali asked me if he could help me. I said no thanks I'm just looking and we continued to chat and the next thing I know I'm test driving a used Highlander. Ali was a no pressure salesman, he mad my buying my car a very pleasant experience. I also purchased leather seats for my new car. When I got a call from Chris telling me that my leather was ready to be installed, we picked a date for installation. When I got there I was assisted by Eddie Sanchez. He told me that I it was arranged for me to have a rental, which was a 2014 Camry. Nice! After three days, I got a call from Eddie saying that my car was ready to be picked up and he was going to make sure that the car was brought up so I would not have to wait. I got there and my car was ready, Eddie greeted me when I entered the service area. He walked out and inspected the car with me and I informed him that I had a concern with how one of the seats looked. He said that once the material gets used and stretched out, if I'm still unhappy with the results, to be sure to bring the car back and it will be taken care of. So when I started up my car I noticed that the light was on indicating that I was low on gas. Eddie went and spoke with the manager and came back and told me to wait inside while someone went and put some gas in my car. I was very impressed with the way Eddie handled my concerns and while I was waiting , we talked and the conversation got down to a personal level. I would and will recommend Maita to all of my family and friends. More

Maita Toyota Service Dept means Excellent Customer Service! When I arrived mid-afternoon on Friday 2nd - I asked for Sean Smith, coordinating with the mechanics in the Service Shop, Sean quickly pinpointed the When I arrived mid-afternoon on Friday 2nd - I asked for Sean Smith, coordinating with the mechanics in the Service Shop, Sean quickly pinpointed the problem with my 2002 Toyota Solara and I was on my way 2 hours later . . . AND, my new battery included installation, so I was out the door for the price of the battery!!!! This is the kind of outcome I have come to be accustomed to with Maita Toyota Service - especially in Sean Smith's capable hands!! I am always amazed at how all my thoughts and concerns about the maintenance of my Solara are anticipated by Sean and how we have the same idea's on the proper care and maintenance of my car. In the next year, I will be likely purchasing a 2014 Toyota Highlander Limited and plan to trade-in my Solara right there at the Sacramento Maita Toyota dealer, and the EXCELLENT customer service upon the purchase of my Solara back in 2005 AND the ongoing EXCELLENT customer service I have experienced with the Service Maintenance Department all the way from Service Manager, Mr. Latham and now Sean Smith's personalized service, have all resulted in my loyalty to Maita Toyota for anything concerning my vehicle(s). I also want to mention that Mr. Latham was kind enough to talk with me about his thoughts on what Toyota SUV would make a good vehicle for me to be able to sleep in when I want to go camping . . . I asked him for his recommendation of a vehicle he would recommend to his daughter or his mom if they wanted a vehicle I described WITH an excellent service and LOW maintenance record . . . his recommendation PLUS other research I have made on my own, have resulted in my decision to purchase the 2014 Toyota Highlander . . . Solid reputation and excellent customer service show me first hand that Maita Toyota "has it covered" when it comes to providing me with dependable customer service coupled with reliable ethics when it comes to doing what's best for their customers EVERY TIME!!! More

I enjoyed a great experience at Miata!! I brought my wife's Prius in because a "maintenance light" came on. I was greeted by their staff when I pulled up. I was helped by Marlon at the front I brought my wife's Prius in because a "maintenance light" came on. I was greeted by their staff when I pulled up. I was helped by Marlon at the front desk who did an amazing job explaining their process. I received an oil change, new air filter and windshield wipers for a decent price. While waiting there's plenty of seating, cafe for food and drinks so I wasn't bored. My wife bought her Prius there and we bought a 4Runner there. Both times we had a great experience. Plus I had a warranty issue with her Prius that was handled without issue. After reading some other reviews it seems like a few of people on Yelp are being dramatic. More
