While many excellent people work for Maita, Marlon truly shines as the embodiment of exceptional customer service, real domain expertise, a very rare ability to explain the technical to a non-technical audience, and a genuine care/concern for the client. Marlon honestly treats the engagement with a client like he assumes the role of a physician. He gathers a history, asks excellent questions, and then prescriptively identifies a solution, never fake or contrived. Few people in the repair industry can refrain from just hammering the client to make a buck and Marlon represents the few.
