As usual, Bob Picchi took excellent care of me. I have owned six Toyota cars/Land Cruisers since the 70's. All have been (or are) serviced at Maita. the actual service has always been excellent but I have owned six Toyota cars/Land Cruisers since the 70's. All have been (or are) serviced at Maita. the actual service has always been excellent but there are now some changes that make me feel that my patronage is less valuable to Maita. I am talking about some of the not so little things like shuttle service and car wash after getting vehicle serviced. Also, tire rotation used to be complementary. These may be cost savers to the dealership in the short term but I am sorry to see this happening. I may start getting my vehicles serviced at one of the very capable independent repair shops in the Arden Area. Vincent Quilici More

OUTSTANDING NEW TIRE SPECIAL last week I called my Service Advisor, Val Valadez to let him know I was ready to buy tires for my wife's Prius. We had previously discussed in April last week I called my Service Advisor, Val Valadez to let him know I was ready to buy tires for my wife's Prius. We had previously discussed in April that the existing tires had approx 5,000 left on them but Val said regardless, they should be changed before the Winter weather comes on. So I made my call to Val as discussed; but to my surprise, James the Maita Tire Guy also called me to discuss the tires available for my Prius. That is tremendous service; yeah, and the tires were on sale!!! More

Angelo was personable, professional, knowledgeable, clear, and thorough. I was able to get work done while I waited for my service in the comfortably spacious lounge. The coffee bar and the attendant are also excellent, a marked improvement from a few years ago. The only negative (which was minor) from this most recent visit was that my car was slightly delayed in being ready for pickup when the service was done. This was the first time something like this happened in 3 years! I intend to keep having my vehicle serviced here, because they do it right. Scott C More
