Great Service Brian had everything arranged for me when I dropped off my vehicle for repairs. I felt well taken care of and even though he was off the day I brought Brian had everything arranged for me when I dropped off my vehicle for repairs. I felt well taken care of and even though he was off the day I brought my vehicle in, he left me in the good hands of Marlon and he was expecting me. Marlon had my info at his desk upon arrival and arranged an Uber ride home for me. The following day Marlon and Brian got me back on the road in my beloved Highlander at an even better price than agreed. Thank you to both of them and to Maita Toyota. More

3 hour oil change? I had a scheduled oil change, which had been scheduled over 5 months in advance. At the time of the scheduling back in August, I was told that the app I had a scheduled oil change, which had been scheduled over 5 months in advance. At the time of the scheduling back in August, I was told that the appointment would take 1.5 hours. When I arrived for my oil change in February, they told me it would take 1.5 hours. But in reality, it took 3 hours. If I had known from the beginning that it would take 3 hours, I would have gone home and left my car at Maita, but because I thought it would be just 1.5 hours, I stayed and waited. When I asked afterwards why my appointment took 3 hours, they said it was because they did not have a Chevrolet oil filter so had to go get one from another building, because I was at Maita Toyota. However, they knew about my appointment and had 5 months to get the right oil filter in time for my oil change. I am very disappointed with this service. More
