Although I was in for a routine oil change and servicing, I also was very concerned about a dashboard warning light that appeared periodically (red ! In a triangle). Marlon Nonog was awesome! He was attentive to my concerns and even suggested the possible cause (low oil level), which was confirmed by the mechanic who worked on my car. When my car was ready, Marlon went over the findings and suggested more frequent oil changes due to the age of my car. I haven’t had any problems with the red ! since. Thank you, Marlon and Maita. The people greets you at the line is always very cheerful, and the person at the desk is professional, efficient, friendly, and he/she remembers the customer he/she serves. When the service is done, he/she would come to you personally, instead of a loud speaker. This time, the person who serves me at the desk was Bethany Garcia. As she explained to me all the works done, with a few words of conversation, she told me that she studied at American River College) to study, I asked her about her major field, "Communication" (I told her I was a retired professor from Buffalo, New York) .... Yes, Maita's waiting room is clean, spacious, the chairs are comfortable (to do readings with good light). More

Maintenance and Recall Service I've purchased my 1st Toyota from Maita and has gone to them for routine services in the past years because of their service and will continue to retu I've purchased my 1st Toyota from Maita and has gone to them for routine services in the past years because of their service and will continue to return to them with the recent purchase of my 2nd Toyota. It was interesting to learn they now use UBER for shuttle service at no charge to the customer. PROS: Val assisted me this time and he was great! I had brought my car in for maintenance and was informed my car had a recall which he was able to take care of it the next day. The maintenance on my car was completed faster than the estimated time which I was happy with since it was after a long day at work. CONS: When I first pulled up for my appointment this time, there was a wait as there were no service person visible to check your vehicle in. Upon completion and after checking in with the valet to p/u my car, the 2 service guys standing outside were notified to pull my car up but did not act on it immediately. I understand if they were busy due to work related stuff but it appears and sounded as they were watching some sort of video or something on a cell phone or electronic device sitting hidden on the top self of the cart that sits between the check-in lanes. I felt a couple of the staffs checking the cars in and out were not professional and as friendly as those working inside. And just a suggestion, but it would be nice to have outdoor seating available for customers waiting for their vehicles to be pulled up. More
