At Roseville Toyota, they were so busy the cars were stacked up like traffic hour on the bay bridge. I sat in my car waiting at Roseville. I was immediately taken in and they just led me to the first available person. The only downside was my wait was a little longer than I expected, but while I waited, everyone was nice. From deli girl to the car salesmen. Yes, I know the car salesmen were hoping to get a sale, but at least they were nice about it when I said I was waiting for service. They have a cool play structure for kids. The ridiculous part was that the parents straight up left there kids there to play. No parent insight and some were a loud and a little out of control but that's part of being a kid. It was just cool to see something there for kids. More

Maita Toyota Service Today was one of the "fastest" Express Oil Change I've ever had since I bought the vehicle new in 1997. I wish it was this quit all the time. I was Today was one of the "fastest" Express Oil Change I've ever had since I bought the vehicle new in 1997. I wish it was this quit all the time. I was lucky to have a "real" service adviser and he was great. I had an appointment so I believe that it helped expedite the process this time. I have been bringing in my vehicle ever since it was new and with 268K miles on it now, Maita has probably done a fairly decent job of getting me through the years. More
Didn’t do the service I took my car for the 50k mile service and had one other issue. Also after car done my car was not washed and I saw another car come out of the wash and drive to be picked up - right in front of mine. More

Making the appointment to bring in the new truc Since buying a new 2018 Toyota Tacoma TRD OFF-ROAD pick-up truck, three items needed to be installed. Making the appointment to bring in the new truck was efficient. My wife brought the truck to the dealership service center where many staff members helped her in steering where to go to the proper location. A pre-arranged rental car was already on hand and it was easy for her to drive back home while leaving the truck to be worked on. Even though the service took almost one day, we are satisfied with the work done. The dealership really has excellent staff members and have good service performances. More

By far the BEST EXPERIENCE I have ever had!! I had my car towed to dealership after hours. The next morning I received a call at 8am telling me they had already diagnosed the issue. From there I experienced the most efficient coordination with my adviser as we came up with a plan of attack on how to obtain the parts we needed to get my car completed the same day. Which is exactly what happened. Not to mention. My car has never ran better. Highly recommend them. Brian Butcher is the best service adviser I have ever worked with. More
