Starting problem resolved. I had a chronic but inconsistent starting problem with my 2004 Tundra. Val kept me informed on the progress the technicians were making. The problem was not with the starter nor the switch but in the computer. We all know how hard it is to find and repair computer glitches. The team was also considerate of my wallet. Renew my Car Care Program I had only 20 minutes to get this done or I was going to be late for my doctors appointment at McClellan. When I got to Bethany - we got it done in 1 I had only 20 minutes to get this done or I was going to be late for my doctors appointment at McClellan. A little confusing for a first timer. First time customer for a 6 month service on my new car. The first person I spoke with does not identify himself. Then he tells me someone else will take of me. I wait and since nobody shows up. I go inside and they tell me someone will come out. Ryan Giffin arrives. He is pleasant and professional. When I came back to pick up the car, I dealt with Ryan. No problem. He sent me to the VALET desk who tells me my car is ready and I walk to the car. There is no key inside. Finally the valet person arrives with the key.he apparently had forgotten to give it to me. This procedure needs to be explained to first time customers. It was confusing.it may be routine for the staff but not for someone new. More
