Service person did not tell me my front brakes are at a red 3, thus needing replacement. While waiting in front for my car to be brought out, I read my receipt and discovered it. While in for regular maintenance they informed me that they could order parts for some body damage (fog light and left front wheel well) caused by a large truck tread (called a "crocodile" by truckers lik they could order parts for some body damage (fog light and left front wheel well) caused by a large truck tread (called a "crocodile" by truckers like my brother) that was thrown into my vehicle on the freeway, and install the replacement parts. The work was excellent and the customer service was fantastic, as always. I may not look or act very normal, but my car does again!!! Mario and Lisa were great service advisors.
