They lie to me about my car. They keep telling me it was my rotor and calipers was messed up. I went there 3 times to get it fixed and nothing was ever done properly. When I trade my car in at a VW store the sales guy tried to buy my truck that I traded in. He brought it back to Mall of GA Ford. They told him not to buy that truck because it had transmission issues. But they told me A completely different story. Bunch of xxxxxxxx! They sold me a lemon and didn’t take care of me even though my truck has gold certified warranty up to 100,000 miles. Liars liars liars!!!! Thieves More

They rip you off. You ask for a service to be done because you know something needs to be fixed and they say no it’s ok, it doesn’t need to be fixed. 3 months later yo You ask for a service to be done because you know something needs to be fixed and they say no it’s ok, it doesn’t need to be fixed. 3 months later you have to pay almost $3k because they have to fix now the part that was supposed to be changed 3 months ago.
