The afternoon before Thanksgiving they took my vehicle in and taken care of within a couple of days. Although I thought my sales rep did a great job, I had bought a used Ford vehicle there and it had issues before I drove it off the lot. I was assured it would get taken care of after my purchase. I to bought a used Ford vehicle there and it had issues before I drove it off the lot. I was assured it would get taken care of after my purchase. I took the vehicle home, brought it back as directed and it turns out the transmission needed replacing. I was very unhappy with that. The dealer then told me it would be a while and suggested I choose another vehicle. I was reluctant as my first choice had everything I wanted in it. I did end up choosing a non Ford vehicle. It turns out there are issues with this one as well, more in the electronics and driving sensors. I know have the inconvenience of taking my vehicle back to the dealer so they can take it to another dealership to have the diagnostics done. Not sure why there are issues with used cars on this lot. I wish I had my first vehicle. More

I received great customer service here. I took my truck into the service department for a brake job and my lug nuts needed to be replaced. Unfortunately the wrong lug nuts were installed an I took my truck into the service department for a brake job and my lug nuts needed to be replaced. Unfortunately the wrong lug nuts were installed and due to the wrong lug nuts being installed, I lost all of my center caps. But when I took my truck back to the service department, they corrected the problem and apologized for the mistake. I understand that anyone can make a mistake, but it takes great customer service to make things right. I definitely recommend this dealership. More
