It took you a month to respond. I received an email from Gene on Aug. 20th saying Lindsey would be in touch with me. I understood the situation with the pandemic but what confounded me was that your team seemed unbothered by the fact I was having so many issues with the vehicle shortly after purchase. I bought a car and for two months I only had a car payment. I understood the struggle of the service dept but the dealership has missed the mark with customer service. This response further demonstrates that. Brian and his team in the service dept got my vehicle to me on Aug. 30th. I'm grateful for their efforts.
