I would leave ZERO stars or less if I could. I would never recommend this place to anyone not even my worst enemy!!!! Even the sales MANAGERS care nothing about CUSTOMERS or Customer Service. Its sad that people are willing to spend thousands of dollars with you and you cannot even offer that one thing that is FREE for everyone. When they speak with you, you can tell you are just a number with a paycheck. I have worked in Customer Service for years and I would never be able to get away with the carelessness of the employees here. We have been looking for months for our 16 year old a car, unfortunately the market today is horrible and we are limited on options. After months and hours of looking online and sitting at car dealerships looking at cars, but not able to look at them because they are on "hold" or pending for another customer or not purchasing a car because its not safe enough, in my opinion, for my child to drive due to damages or other concerns, my husband and I finally found the one at this dealership. Since 9 o'clock this morning we have been in contact with this dealership trying to purchase this perfect car. We originally were going to finance the vehicle thru our credit union, however the salesman convinced my husband to run his credit (which he did not want to do but gave in and now we regret it ) because he guaranteed us a better deal. This salesman was correct! He got us a better deal and everything was working out. We were so excited!!! The interest rates were on point, the payment was perfect and the vehicle was everything my daughter wanted and more. After back and forth phone calls the salesman and my husband agreed that we would get off work at 5 and be down there by 6 to sign the papers and surprise our child. EVERYTHING was ready we just had to sign the paperwork. Now mind you we live 1 hour away from the dealership and we explained that and he said that was not a problem and that he would have it ready and waiting for us. On our way to the dealership my husband receives a phone call from the sales manager and states that someone just pulled up and is wanting to buy the vehicle. He asked the manager if he would give us a little bit to get there that we were guaranteeing a sale and he said it would be too late and that the other deal was already made... WHAT?!?!?! At this point I was in disbelief. So not only has my husband and I wasted our day on back and forth phone calls while at work, my husbands credit was ran which will negatively effect him now, and we were already on the way there all the manager had to say was... FIRST COME FIRST SERVE, we do not do holds. Another manager went on to say and I quote... "You can't call Wal-Mart and ask them to put a TV on hold and expect it to be there when you get there." Are you kidding me that is not a comparison and I am sorry to correct him, however yes you can call Wal-Mart and they will put a TV on hold for you. Any establishment who cares about their customers and not just money puts items on hold for a certain amout of time. Now thru this conversation the 2nd manager that we spoke with that stated we do not do holds also stated in the same sentence "we do have other vehicles we can show you...." Not an I'm sorry or we apologize for your inconvenience but we can sale you a different one... I have no words for this... After a little bit longer, my husband mentioned to him that if he was told they did not honor holds and that there was a chance the car would be sold before we got there, we could have found a way to go at lunch to sign the papers, however that was never mentioned to us. My husband even mentioned that if we were not serious he would understand that, but who would spend all day going back and forth on the phone, have their credit report ran to negatively impact them, and drive an hour away from their home to not be serious enough to purchase the vehicle. And all the 2 sales managers could say is, we don't do holds and we have other inventory. The audacity of these men to undermine us and come back with that comment. Never again!!! More
Not satisfied with the service as it relates to the diagnosis and remedy. Paid over $500 to solve an issue with a check engine light. One day after receiving the car back the check engine light returne diagnosis and remedy. Paid over $500 to solve an issue with a check engine light. I am happy to have found a service team that is engaged with helping their customers. Matt Knuckles and the mechanics really looked out for my truck and my interest. Great service dept. I probably will not return now that I am out of the Ford pass points due to the price to rotate tires. $40 seems very high to me to rotate a 33” tire.
