Brian said we needed a new control unit for our heating and cooling system in our 2012 Edge, which cost almost $1,500. All that was needed was the control unit had to be rebooted. I scheduled a routine service plus two recalls for my F250 Diesel. I checked in at 7am and they called me at 11am and told me my vehicle was finished. These days that is exceptional service. At another dealership I was told they either didn't have a diesel mechanic or it would take at least two days for this routine service. Good job MOG Ford. More
They are terrible, I had my engine go out in my used car after a month of having it. And the only thing they did was try and sell me a brand new car twice the amount of the used car and twice the amount of after a month of having it. They didn’t care about anything else only in selling me a new car. Didn’t offer any other way of helping me. More
