They were more then willing to assist you and sell! They did however lie to us when we found some scratches and dent in the vehicle, they said for us to bring it over, wait time is horrible!! Then when they took it back to buff it the man that does the buffing said I can’t buff this anymore I’ve done it 4 times it can’t be buffed anymore! So they knew about it when they sold it to us! I made a appointment for Saturday 930am to buy a new truck they had on there lot. After driving 6 hrs and 300 miles I got to the dealership , only to be told that they sold the truck Friday evening.... truck they had on there lot. They did help me find another truck and had it delivered to my house but I’m not so sure I will make that drive again to purchase a vehicle that may not even be there. More

Unfortunately, the trucking company that Malloy contracted with to pickup my truck turned out to be a money-grubbing crook, so I am still waiting to get delivery of my truck (which is now hoped to be NEXT Wednesday). If it comes, and if I get it delivered, it should be great, as have been each ford I have ever purchased. This is a post delivery update. I did get my truck yesterday (July 14). But the "detailing" that was expected (on a new vehicle), turned out to be much less than was expected The engine in the vehicle I have driven for the last four years is still cleaner than what I got yesterday. It appears that Malloy Ford did not even open the hood to look at how dirty the entire engine compartment in my truck was. And the side steps that were negotiated with the purchase turned out to be only on one side, so that is also a disappointment. But I likely would still return to Mallory Ford, in Charlottesville, for future automotive needs. More
