I was looking on the internet to find a new SUV. Their is an inventory shortage and hard to come by. I dealt with multiple dealerships who played the “bait and switch” game with me. I found Malouf had is an inventory shortage and hard to come by. I dealt with multiple dealerships who played the “bait and switch” game with me. I found Malouf had the exact SUV I was interested in and called the dealership to make sure the vehicle had not been sold yet. I was greeted by Manny who said “come on in, we have exactly what you want.” So, I drove to Malouf and as I was walking in the door, a gentleman looked at me and immediately knew it was I that he had spoken to. We sat down and discussed the vehicle, we settled on a price and it was onto the paperwork process. While we were waiting for finance manager to prepare the documents, Manny took my vehicle to the garage and had it prepped and cleaned. He then proceeded to walk me around the dealer and explain their operation and the various ways Malouf makes your buying and subsequent servicing a pleasurable experience. Manny then moved on to going over my new vehicle with me and explained all of the new technology the vehicle came equipped with (very impressive).
