Very positive. Got what I wanted at a good price. Blythe was welcoming and engaging. We explained what we needed, and she showed us what was appropriate. Once that was narrowed down, Charlie stepped in and, within a very few minutes, we had a deal that worked well. At no point did I feel pressured into something that wasn't right for me. Maureen did an excellent job explaining the contract documents. The whole process was a very manageable four hours. We were highly satisfied. More
