Was looking for a rather specific Ford Explorer Sport via several online car sites, and they happened to have one that fit the bill very nicely. They are out of state for me in Western Pennsylvania, and I ha several online car sites, and they happened to have one that fit the bill very nicely. They are out of state for me in Western Pennsylvania, and I had some traveling to do before I could come out to see the vehicle, so in working with Robert, I was able to put down some money on the vehicle to hold it for me for a week. They normally don't hold for that long, but I explained my situation, and they worked with me. So we made the 6 hr drive out, checked out the Explorer and everything went well. Very polite staff, not pushy at all, dealership was clean and tidy. I honestly hate dealing with car buying, but these guys really made the experience pleasant and non painful. Getting the paperwork squared away was no issue either. An hour or so later we were done and on our way back home. I have absolutely no reservations recommending this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle. Great people to work with. Thank you! More
