They told me the time would be about an hour and a half. I brought my car in at 9 and did not hear from anyone until I called at 3:30 but it was still not ready. I picked up at 5:30. Horrible customer service. Tried over charging us. Then lost our paper work, saying we did not pay. Ask for multiple things in the vehicle to be fixed and they did not! I called and spoke to David the service manager. I advised him of my concerns and he did not value me enough to return my call. His service advisor Susie had sent me an email. If I take the time to call you I expect a call back. The dealership does not provide the customer with the “why.” I want to know why something can or cannot be resolved not just cause you said so. They told me the wind noise was within specs but did not provide the range and what my wind noise measured. I am unable to validate but a collision service manager explained to me that the issue Mandal referred me to a body shop, Mandal could have submitted the warranty request paperwork information. I stopped telling the guys that greet me what service I am there for, because they do not capture everything. Before I arrive I have my service issues printed out and hand them to the service advisor myself. They have a nice looking facility a little tight to get into. The internet does not work. I have been there three times for service and have not been able to use their WiFi. More
