It is a very busy place. The staff in the service office was prompt and friendly. I scheduled a dropped off my car around 11 am and was told it would be done in a few hours. The staff is pleasant, but every time I plan ahead and make an appointment it is between 70-90 minutes after I my appointment time before my truck is even moved into the garage. What’s the point of making make an appointment it is between 70-90 minutes after I my appointment time before my truck is even moved into the garage. What’s the point of making an appointment especially if you are trying to fit a service in between other agenda items if it’s always not punctual? I don’t expect to roll right in at my scheduled time every time but 70-90 minutes is too much why bother with appointments? More
