He gave us the estimated details regarding cost, waiting time, just everything as usual.-- However, what had started out as just a routine oil change plus the usual safety checks turned into an unexpected lesson in vehicular 'under utilization'. Thanks to Dave's patience and expert explanations, we found out that our trusty old car had several 'well aged' components not passing the extensive safety tests. A follow-up trip for the 4 recommended replacement items was made easier by a significant discount offer by Manly Honda' s service center for combining all items into one service visit.
