Hybrid battery replacement I had used a small local service place to replace a battery I bought from a local auto part store. After two months I noticed some issues and brought it into my local service place. They reprogrammed the hybrid battery thinking that was the issue. Well, once again, the IMA light was on within a month so I decided to take it to Manly Honda. From the start I had nothing but excellent customer service. They treated me as though I had bought the battery from them. I was informed my hybrid battery was defective and had a replacement ordered from the auto part store. The battery arrived damaged and another replacement was ordered. The second replacement arrived even more damaged than the first. My service representative was Bill Robertson. He is an amazing human being. He had a lot of compassion for me and worked with me to find a solution. I was treated ever so fairly and wonderfully by him. He even worked with the auto part store to come up with a solution and I ended up getting a Honda Hybrid battery. None of us trusted the maker of the hybrid battery I had gotten from the auto part store. I cannot say enough good things about Bill and Manly Honda. They are professional, caring, and actually very competitive in their prices. I should have gone to them in the first place. Thank you Bill and Manly Honda!!! More

Great service yesterday from Carlos and Jose After a maintenance service, I found my windshield fluid empty. I mentioned this in an emailed service survey that was sent to me a few days later. I got a phone call from Carlos almost immediately after posting. He was so nice and said I could bring the car in immediately. Maybe it had a leak. The next morning I heard from Jose, as well. I was prepared to buy a 2018 Honda Pilot Elite from a dealership nearby, but after I contacted Manly Honda on Friday afternoon Giovanni worked with me I was prepared to buy a 2018 Honda Pilot Elite from a dealership nearby, but after I contacted Manly Honda on Friday afternoon Giovanni worked with me and by Saturday morning he had given me the best offer out of the 10 dealerships I had contacted. I was sold and the next day on Sunday morning, I drove almost 100 miles to buy the car. It was worth the trip. Giovanni is a great salesman who delivers exactly what he promises and offered the best price within 100 miles. Beejan worked on the finance aspects and didn't try to push items that I didn't want, but offered good sound advice on buying GAP to protect myself financially in the near term. More
