Friendly, comfortable, informative and enjoyable When I came into Manly it was my first car search after my car getting totaled by someone plowing into me. I thought my car would last me till I croaked, I'm 69 and my Chevy was in excellent shape...plus I loved it. Anyways first stop second car I looked at I really liked and my sales guy Cory McMurray was very easy to like and helpful with all my questions..We took a couple of cars out for a ride and really was comfortable in that dodge...but my husband was with me and really thought it necessary to shop all over the place..We went to Novato..Petaluma..more in Santa Rosa...not having the same experience.at any of those other place and came back to Manly..better prices..a lot to offer..Cory had a great presence and personality that made it fun...he sold me on that Dodge and knew I liked it..He really tried to sell me on the service contract but my husband was giving me a problem so I did not take it..Although I enjoyed so many other guys coming along to cinch that service contract deal, I thought it was interesting to observe coordinated sales work, 😀 the reality is that I think I should have done it, it covered everything and It was a deal I liked. Oh well that's not on those guys they were great,,,its definetly a place I have and will recommend...I feel good about Cory and believed him when he said it was a really good car...it was fun actually..I am a little on the poor side so am thankful Cory helped me with a car I can afford. NOW if no one runs into me and totals it this car should take me to the end of my road.I am happy..Tell Cory he's great, he deserves it. More

He was cool and didn't pressure me at all but gently stayed in touch in the two weeks prior to the purchase. I wanted a stick: he had one. I wanted the TrueCar price: no problem. Doing the paperwork was easy and I was out of there in total, with a test drive, in less than two hours. Just the way I like to buy a car (I've sold them, too, so I know). Wonderful To Have Valet Service! The valet service was just the icing on the cake....the usual care went into servicing my car. As soon as the car arrived at the dealership I received a call from Jess and he went over the needed items for my car and gave me an estimated cost. After the car was finished I received a second call letting me know that all went well and the valet service should be delivering the car back to me soon. I understood that the valet service would call me about 15 minutes prior to arriving to pick up my car and also again when returning it. However, I did not receive any calls from the drivers. Both were courteous. More
