Great Service Took my car in for an extended warranty service for a paint defect issue. Everyone was very helpful, and the company paid to have my car repainted. Good, but a bit expensive. I will mention first what I really liked. I felt the people handling my car were well qualified and good at what they do. I also appreciated that I was given a rental car to use, since the work to be done was going to take longer than expected. This is what didn't set well with me. When I first came in for the appointment, I was told to wait until my name was called. I waited for half an hour then decided to say something to someone. Then I was helped. Second, I had been quoted a price for the parts needed for this repair, which I had paid for and these were sent for before my appointment. Late on the day my car was being serviced I received a phone call saying that the wrong part had been ordered and the new part would cost much more money. This was a disappointment, but I realize that this happens sometimes. I am satisfied with the work done, and I love my Honda Fit. More
