I was really impressed by the friendliness and helpfulness of the two guys we worked with to buy the vehicle: Jesse Bower and Dave Sambad. Jesse took us for a test drive, described all the vehicle features, and helped us prepare the preliminary paperwork. Dave took care of the financing side of things, and he explained the various documents I needed to sign and why we needed them. He gave a great rundown on the warranty and other plans available for the care and maintenance of the CRV. If you're looking to buy a Honda, I think you'll like the friendly, helpful guys at Manly. It took 12 years to return to purchase the family's 2nd Honda when my teenage son purchased a preowned Civic. It was only natural when I was once again looking for a new car that is return. Couldn't be happier with my new Civic. The sales team is super helpful, honest and easy to work with. Additionally, the service staff is also great! I never feel like they are trying to "up" sell me. car dealerships have a horrible reputation for these tactics. I'll be back! More
Great but Slow I called to set an appointment for my oil change. I arrive at the appointed time and was greeted warmly. After checking in I was directed to the waiting area. I was a bit surprised that I had to wait to talk to the next person for 15-20 minutes since I had an appointment. I wasn't upset, I had plenty of time I was a bit surprised that no acknowledged the wait. Sometimes things happen and we get behind, but this seemed to be the standard mode of operation. I was told my car would need the oil change and tires rotated and a recall service. I was a little surprised at the additional expectations, but once the odometer reading was taken it became clear the tire rotation could wait. The recall could take an additional hour but I had the time so I gave the approval. In the end, the oil change and the recall service only took an hour. The waiting area is great and comfortable, the service seems to be completed well so I am happy with the service. The process seemed to take more time than necessary but maybe that was to give the "Upgrade Team" a chance to try to sell me a new car when all I really wanted was an oil change. More

We worked with Jesse Bower who treated us in a calm professional manner. Jesse made our day and we ended up purchasing a new car! The whole experience from start to finish went smoothly and we highly recommend Jesse who is also known as Mr. Baseball. We also worked with Thomas Henschel in the Finance Department who was also very professional and took the time to go over all the paperwork thoroughly. More

Three hours and forty-five minutes later, we finally drive out. I've purchased vehicles while still shopping and without any financing in substantially less time than that. The gentleman that tried to sell us the extended warranty, already angry with the sales staff for taking so long and leaving him short on time, got even angrier and started slamming the keys on his computer when we told him that we not interested in the additional coverage. Not a good representative. We called back with a technical question about the Honda's transmission and were routed through several people and never did get a satisfactory answer. The latest experience was simply to purchase a car which had been previously leased. This should have been a very simple transaction, but while completing the paperwork we were repeatedly given the sales pitch for an extended warranty. We listened politely and respectfully, and said No. The pitch was repeated another three or four times. No mention that the warranty would add nearly $3K to the cost of the financing, and reluctance to allow us to pursue a lower rate at a local credit union. We understand that there is great incentive and profit in extended warranties, but No means No. We will take our future business elsewhere. More
Left on the side of the road for 7 hours I had just purchased my first car from this dealership. The over all buying experience of my car purchase was subpar but I didn't car about that becau I had just purchased my first car from this dealership. The over all buying experience of my car purchase was subpar but I didn't car about that because I WAS in love with the car. It had less than 20K miles on it and looked practically new. I purchased a used car at 9pm on a Thursday and by Friday at 1pm I was already on the side of the road with a vehicle that was leaking gas everywhere and reeked of gas inside the vehicle. Once this happened I called the dealership and the first response I received from the Hyundai Service Manger after telling him about the gas leak he asked if I could drive the car back to the dealership. After I refused because I could be putting my life in danger by getting into a car that's leaking gas he's like "oh well then I'll what your sales person can look up and do for you" I hadn't heard anything from the dealership in an hour and they were just giving me the run around. Steve Mckerracher was the finance Manger who did the paperwork for my purchase and one of the people that I spoke with on Friday while being stranded. Honestly after dealing with him is when I decided I didn't even want to see what was wrong with the car I just wanted a refund for the car. I felt that Steve was unprofessional and did not care about the customer experience at all. He showed no sympathy and some of the words he said to me was "that's what you get for buying a used car". And if that's the case that I do not recommend anyone buying any of the Manly Used Cars. I could go on to tell you how I was treated that whole day and how it was one of the worst experiences of my life but I'll spare you. I do want to say when Paul (I don't know his last name but all I know is he is a sales Manger) took over my situation is when I felt that this dealership had some integrity over the products they sold. I would recommend if you have to buy a car from this dealership than hopefully you deal with him. More
