2007 Honda Repair of Broken Trunk Spring As soon as the trunk spring broker, which scared the heck out of my husband and me, we drove over to Manly Honda. First stop was the Parts Department As soon as the trunk spring broker, which scared the heck out of my husband and me, we drove over to Manly Honda. First stop was the Parts Department to find out what we do. There were two service people, one named Mario but I didn't catch the others name, who helped us. They took over and first looked in the trunk to make sure what part was needed, and then found one spring available and immediately put a hold on it. The next step was making an appointment with the service department and we were able to come in the next day at 1:30 p.m. That appointment went smoothly with Tim, who came over to where we were sitting and proceeded to take over with getting the service done quickly. We were very pleased with this service visit. Thank you. More

However, my husband and I bought a 2015 GMC Yukon on 8/20/17 and told the finance person, I believe his name is Mike, that we didn't want our loan through Wells Fargo. We both have great credit and said we prefer Redwood Credit Union and again, not Wells Fargo. He said okay, but didn't give us any further information and instead said we will get something in the mail. We just received our loan, from none other than Wells Fargo!! He blatantly ignored us and because of him, we will never go back to manly Honda nor refer it to others. More
