The sales representative did not waste our time trying to convince us we needed something other than what we wanted, kept within our price range, and advocated for the financing that would be most affordable. The financing was negotiated well, and seemed quite fair. The statistics about the optional additional packages (for gap insurance and servicing coverage) were comprehensive and I decided to add on the additional coverage because it made sense! More
