Waste of time I brought my car here because while having an oil change done the mechanic saw what they believed might be a leak and suggested I check if the repair I brought my car here because while having an oil change done the mechanic saw what they believed might be a leak and suggested I check if the repair wouldn't be covered under my warranty. The service department was hard to get a hold of. I kept getting transferred around and when I finally went was able to make an appointment and bring my to car in i ended up waiting 15 minutes after the appointment time, I arrived 15 minutes early. Anyway after having my car since 8:45 am they still hadnt looked at it by 3pm whenever I called. By 5 I was told there is no leak but they did repair a tire that had a nail in it. My car wasn't ready for pick up until 12 the next day. my car came back with a few scratches I know weren't there before More

Best Birthday Ever! I knew what I wanted and looked online before I went and when I arrived I met Luis. The oil change was no problem, done in a timely manner however they ran into a problem with rotating my tires, one of my studs were broken off previously and the mechanics couldn't take off the front wheel w/o breaking off the other studs. A replacement is required for my bearings on the front wheel. Bill was thoughtful enough to explain. I was satisfied but couldn't afford to replace the bearing. Only dissatisfaction was the charges I would incur if I were to get it done w/ Honda. I've decided to go outside of Honda and deal with a private mechanic. The experience was very friendly. More
