Free oil change I took my car there because there was a factory recall, an airbag issue. Here is the email I was sent- "It's been over 24 months since your last service visit at Manly Honda and we would like to see you back. We miss you! If there is any reason that you have not returned, please let us know. We would like to show you our expertise! If you schedule service online for your 2010 Honda INSIGHT within 30 days of this email, you receive a complimentary oil change. HURRY IN THIS IS A VERY LIMITED TIME OFFER." Seems pretty straightforward. COMPLIMENTARY not discounted, oh well More
