Everyone was helpful and the experience was good. Believe it was about 2 1/2 hours total that I was there before I drove out with my new CR-V. The salesman showed us various available choices and seemed to know his vehicles. The man in the loan department was prepared and knowledgeable. I did have to wait about 30 minutes after my paperwork was completed for my car to be finished being detailed, but I expected that. Overall, very pleased with my experience. More
